
Salote brings over three decades of executive leadership and consultancy experience across the Pacific, with proven expertise in strategic planning, human capital management, organisational restructuring, and revenue growth. She has successfully led large-scale projects in both public and private sectors, including job evaluation, salary modelling, capability frameworks, and performance management systems. As Managing Director of Maxumise and HRmonise, she has driven significant business growth, strengthened client relationships, and enhanced corporate image through innovative consultancy services. Her career highlights include managing multimillion-dollar portfolios at Telecom Fiji Limited, delivering strategic plans for state-owned enterprises and NGOs, and mentoring future leaders. Salote holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Literature and Language and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of the South Pacific, where she was awarded the Professor Novick Award for academic excellence, and is a member of the Fiji Human Resources Institute and HRNZ. She is recognised for her strategic foresight, financial acumen, and commitment to embedding cultural values in governance and innovation. Salote is also a member of the Independent Committee Remuneration & Benefits for Constitutional Offices Commission in Fiji.
