
He is a Consultant with over 30 years’ experience in: public financial management and reforms; economic and fiscal policy management; and development policy and programming. This include stints working for Governments in the region and advising development partners through engagement with bilateral, regional and international agencies. In the 1990s to mid-2000s, Mr Uluinaceva worked through the ranks in the Ministry of Finance in Fiji to be the Chief Executive Officer, prior to commencing consultancy/advisory work in the region from 2007. Currently he is providing advice and executive management support to the Ministry of Finance and Treasury in the Solomon Islands Government. He also provides advice in his areas of expertise to Maxumise projects and its services to clients. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from University of the South Pacific.
