Mr. Savenaca Seniloli is a distinguished business executive and governance leader with more than 30 years of experience across Fiji’s agro‑industrial, manufacturing, and clean energy sectors. He has held senior leadership roles with Rewa Dairy, Orica/Ixom, Fiji Water, Lyndhurst Group, Goodman Fielder, and Combined Manufacturers, where he consistently drove operational excellence, risk management, and strategic alignment. His career reflects deep expertise in optimising complex business environments, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and advancing industry innovation.
In addition to his executive career, Mr. Seniloli has established himself as a respected board director and advisor. He currently serves on the boards of Fiji Kava, Fijian Holdings Limited, Water Authority of Fiji, Pacific Cement, and Basic Industries, and has chaired the Tailevu Dairy Farmers Cooperative and Bau Investment Holdings. His advisory work includes supporting entrepreneurs through the Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN) on climate and clean energy projects, as well as reviewing operational efficiencies in Maxumise’s organisational restructure initiatives. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Process from the University of Canterbury and an MBA in Engineering Management from Coventry University. He is also the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Latvia to Fiji, reflecting his international outlook and diplomatic engagement alongside his corporate and community leadership.
