
Emmanuel Williams is an accomplished finance professional with more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, audit, and project management across Fiji, Australia, South Africa, Northwest Africa, and South America. His career began with PwC Fiji before progressing to senior roles at the Queensland Audit Office, Queensland Nickel Pty Ltd, and BHP Billiton, where he held key positions in corporate finance, audit, project leadership.
He has extensive expertise in financial management, valuations, acquisitions, due diligence, risk management, and major project delivery. Currently Mr. Williams provides specialist financial consultancy services to businesses and major projects in Australia, particularly within the mining sector and played a central role in the acquisition of Maxumise and HRmonise. He continues to provide consultancy support services while assisting with the financial oversight of the business.
Dividing his time between Brisbane and Fiji, Mr. Williams brings both international perspective and local insight to his work. A member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA Australia), he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Commercial Law from the University of Auckland.
